Acer Chromebook R11 C738T Review
The Acer C738T offers a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, with multi-touch zooming and other actions will be possible at 11.6 inches diagonal. The new Intel Celeron N3150 QuadCore-SoC, who has four 1.6 GHz fast x 86 cores, which turn up if necessary up to 2.08 GHz, when more power is needed. The Intel chip is combined here with four gigabytes of memory, with even a 16 GB eMMC-SSD is on board. Other items include a 720 p webcam, dual-band Gigabit Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
The Chromebook C738T also has an HDMI output, a SD card reader, a 2.0 USB and a USB 3.0 port. It is equipped with a battery that provides up to nine hours to run the unit according to the spec sheet. The new Acer Chromebook just within the region standard for ultra thin notebooks in this size moves with 19.2 mm height and a weight of 1.4 kg.
Acer describes this as a “stylish Chromebook with Nano-printing aluminum cover”, the C738T, so it gets bought a display lid made of metal so, while the rest of the case is probably made of plastic. We don’t know when and at what price the so far still not officially announced device on the market is to come yet.
